What to include

The more specific the message, the shorter the thread

• A metric that looks wrong — the domain, the field, what you expected, and the request id from the response's meta.
• A plan or an upgrade — the email your account is registered to and the volume you need each month.
• A key or account problem — the key's prefix, never the full key. We can find it from the prefix alone.
• Anything else — partnerships, press, a data source you wish we carried.
